Ingredients

1 1/2 cups chopped peaches
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
1 stick margarine, melted
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Toss peaches with lemon juice; place in bottom of piecrust. Combine margarine, sugar and flour; beat in eggs, and stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 15 minutes longer, until set.
