6 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup white or red seedless grapes, halved
1 (8-ounce) can chunk pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 cup regular mayonnaise or fat-free salad dressing
Combine chicken, celery, grapes, pineapple and nuts, tossing to blend. Blend in mayonnaise. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve as sandwich spread or on lettuce. Makes 20 servings.
