FROZEN PEACH-LEMON SALAD
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14.5-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (16-ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 (29-ounce) can peaches, drained and chopped
In a bowl, cream together the cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Add whipped topping and lemon juice, blending well. Fold in chopped peaches. Coat a 9- x 13-inch dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture into dish. Freeze overnight. Remove from freezer about 30 minutes before serving. Store unused portion in the freezer. Makes 8 servings.
