VANILLA ICE CREAM

Ingredients

2 quarts whole milk, divided
2 small boxes French vanilla instant pudding mix
2 (4 1/2-ounce) packages vanilla ice cream junket mix
1 (14 1/2-ounce) sweetened condensed milk
1 (13-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (8-ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping
2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation

Pour 2 cups whole milk into container of electric blender. Add pudding and junket mix; cover and blend well. Pour into container of a 6-quart ice cream freezer. In a bowl, combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, whipped topping and vanilla; blend well and pour into freezer container. Finish filling container with whole milk. Freeze according to manufacturer’s directions. Makes 6 quarts.
