CHOCOLATE FUDGE DESSERT
1 box butter recipe chocolate cake mix
1 (12-ounce) jar chocolate fudge topping
1 1/2 cups chilled whipped cream
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon mint extract
2-3 drops green food color
Prepare cake mix according to package directions, baking in a 15- x 10-inch jelly roll pan according to directions. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove from pan and cool completely. Cut cake crosswise into thirds. Stack layers, spreading 1/3 cup fudge topping between layers. In a chilled bowl with electric mixer, beat whipping cream and sugar until stiff. Stir in mint extract and food coloring. Frost top and sides of cake with whipped cream. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. To serve, heat remaining fudge topping and drizzle over cake slices.
