OVEN-BAKED PORK CHOPS

Ingredients

4-6 1/2-inch-thick pork chops
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 tablespoons oil
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 medium onion, sliced
Hot cooked rice

Preparation

Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown in oil in a skillet over medium heat. Drain. In a bowl, combine soup, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and onion. Place chops in a greased 10-inch casserole. Pour soup mixture over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve chops over hot rice. Makes 4-6 servings.
