RICE AND BROCCOLI
Ingredients
2 cups minute rice, uncooked
2 cups water
1 stick margarine
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 (10-ounce) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (16-ounce) jar pasteurized process cheese spread
Preparation
Combine all ingredients, stirring to blend together. Pour into a greased 9-x13-inch dish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until rice and broccoli are tender. Makes 10-12 servings.
