Ingredients
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons grated onion
Pinch of minced garlic
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Paprika
Finely chopped pecans
Preparation
Blend together the cheese and cream cheese, mixing well. Mix in onion, garlic and Worcestershire. Form into a ball. Sprinkle with paprika; roll in finely chopped pecans to cover. Serve with crackers. —Paul Till, Montgomery County
