CRANBERRY SALSA
Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 cup chopped jalapeno peppers (in a jar)
1 green onion, sliced
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, blending well. Serve as a condiment for pork or poultry. Will keep in a tightly sealed container, refrigerated, for up to three weeks. Makes about 2 cups.
