SUGAR-FREE STRAWBERRY PIE
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced Graham cracker crust
1 large box sugar-free regular vanilla pudding mix
1 small box sugar-free strawberry gelatin
2 cups water
Non-dairy whipped topping
Arrange sliced strawberries in graham cracker crust; set aside. Combine pudding, gelatin and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour gelatin mixture over berries. Cool. Garnish with dollops of whipped topping, if desired.
