PEANUT BUTTER MARSHMALLOW FUDGE
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow creme
Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a large, heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Add peanut butter and marshmallow creme, stirring until smooth and creamy. Pour into a buttered 9- x 13-inch pan. Cool completely. Cut into squares. Makes 3 pounds.
