1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
2 egg yolks
2 (16-ounce) boxes powdered sugar, sifted
3 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring or ground cinnamon
3-4 tablespoons hot coffee
Cream butter; blend in egg yolks. In a separate bowl, sift together the sugar, cocoa and vanilla (or cinnamon). Add sugar mixture and hot coffee to butter mixture, beating until smooth.
