Ingredients
1 pound mild sausage
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups whole milk
1 cup grated cheese
6 slices bread, cut into cubes (include crust)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Preparation
Brown and drain sausage. Place bread and sausage in a 10- x 13-inch baking dish. Mix all other ingredients together and spread over the top of the bread and sausage mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. May be prepared and refrigerated uncooked the night before. –Richard Bowman Creative Consultants Inc.
