Mound Pudding

Ingredients

3/4 cup powdered milk
1 box sugar-free fat-free white chocolate instant pudding mix
1 cup water
1 (8-ounce) carton whipped topping
1 carton sugar-free fat-free vanilla yogurt
Flaked coconut
Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Chocolate syrup

Preparation

Combine powdered milk, pudding mix and water. Mix with a wire whisk until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and yogurt. Pour into a 9- x 13-inch oblong pan. Sprinkle with flaked coconut and chocolate chips, then drizzle chocolate syrup over top. –Venora Deavers Membership Department
