Ingredients
2 pounds sausage, uncooked
1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
16 ounces (4 cups) sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon celery powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Form into 1-inch balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown. Makes about 6 dozen. –Tina Arnold Commodity Department
