Smoked Hot Wings
Ingredients
5 pounds chicken wings
1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
1/2 cup melted margarine
Preparation
Cut wings into pieces and throw tips away. Combine hot sauce and margarine. Cook wings for 1 1/2 hours at 275 degrees on grill (indirect heat). Remove from grill and place wings in aluminum pan pouring hot sauce mixture over wings and cover. Place pan on grill again for 20-30 minutes. Add more sauce if needed. Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing for dipping. –Tom Jones Area Organization Director
