Ingredients
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
Grated peel of 1 orange
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
Preparation
Beat the cream cheese in mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar, grated orange peel and orange juice concentrate, blending well.
