EASY BROWN SUGAR BISCUITS
2 1/4 cups reduced-fat buttermilk baking mix
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
2/3 cup skim milk
Combine all ingredients, blending well. Turn onto lightly floured surface, and knead 10 times. Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter and place 1/2-inch apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 11-12 minutes. Serve with assorted jams and jellies or with Richard’s Mexican Breakfast Casserole. Makes about 12 biscuits.
