Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) can sliced peaches in heavy syrup, undrained
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation
Combine peaches, cornstarch and lemon juice in a saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until thickened and clear, about 5-10 minutes. Keep warm. (Can use other canned fruits or fresh fruits in season.)
