Ingredients

1/2 pint (1 cup) heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Combine whipping cream and sugar in mixing bowl. Beat to soft-peak stage; do not over-beat. Fold in vanilla.
