Ingredients

1-1 1/2 cups salsa
2-3 cups grated cheese
8-10 eggs, beaten
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream

Preparation

Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Spread salsa in pan. Sprinkle grated cheese over salsa. In a bowl, beat eggs; add sour cream, blending well. Pour over cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
