PURPLE PASSION SALAD

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 (16-ounce) can dark sweet cherries
1 cup chopped toasted pecans
1 (12-ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping

Preparation

Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Drain cherries, reserving 2 tablespoons juice. Add drained cherries and pecans, blending thoroughly. Fold in whipped topping and reserved cherry juice. Makes 8 servings.
