TOASTED CHEESE CRACKERS
1/2 (1-pound) box unsalted-topsaltine crackers
1 (10-ounce) block sharp cheddar cheese (Cracker Barrel)
Place saltine crackers on an ungreased baking sheet. Lightly sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Slice cheese very thin and place on crackers. Broil 1-2 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly, watching carefully to keep from burning. Turn oven temperature to 150 degrees and bake for 8 hours.
