CHOCO PEANUT CREAM CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients

Cake:
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter-flavored Crisco
4 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon Watkins peanut butter flavoring
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Frosting:
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Decorative Chocolate Frosting:
1 cup sugar
1/2 stick margarine
2 1/2 ounces evaporated milk
2 tablespoons cocoa

Preparation

To make cake, cream together sugar and shortening. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Sift flour and add to batter, alternating with milk. Stir in vanilla and peanut butter flavoring. Pour batter into four greased and floured baking pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until toothpick inserted is clean. To make frosting, beat cream cheese and peanut butter together. Add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla; mix well. Spread between layers, on top, and sides of cake. To make decorative chocolate frosting, combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat. Stir constantly until thickened and forms soft ball stage. Drizzle on cake.
