PEANUT BUTTER CUP MEGA PIE

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 (6-ounce) graham cracker pie crust
10 tablespoons unsalted, dry-roasted peanuts, chopped and divided
10 (.6-ounce) packages regular size peanut butter cups

Preparation

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, peanut butter honey and vanilla extract at high speed until combined and smooth. Set aside. In another bowl whip cream until stiff. Gradually fold cream into peanut butter mixture until just combined. Pour 1/2 mixture into pie crust and level. Sprinkle 6 tablespoons peanuts over filling. Place 8 peanut butter cups upside down over peanuts. Spread remaining peanut butter mixture and cups mounding toward center of pie. Sprinkle with remaining peanuts. Cut remaining peanut butter cups into 6 wedges each and arrange over pie. Freeze pie for 30 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap. Freeze at least 2 1/2 hours or over night.
