Ingredients

1 gallon cran-apple juice
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon whole cloves
1 tablespoon whole allspice
4 (2-inch) sticks cinnamon
2 lemons OR oranges, sliced
Red food coloring, optional

Preparation

Pour juice into 30-cup percolator. Place remaining ingredients in basket of percolator. Perk. Serve. Refrigerate remaining punch and serve by the cup, reheating in microwave.
