BARBECUED MEATBALLS
Ingredients
3 pounds ground beef
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons chili powder
Sauce (recipe follows)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except Sauce. Mix well; shape into walnut-sized balls. Place meatballs in a single layer on wax paper-lined cookie sheets. Freeze. Store frozen meatballs in freezer bags. To bake, place frozen meatballs in a 9- x 13-inch pan. Pour Sauce over meatballs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 80 meatballs.
