CHOCOLATE-PEANUT BUTTER PIE

Ingredients

1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
1 small box milk-chocolate instant pudding mix
1 3/4 cups milk

Preparation

Combine peanut butter and sugar with a fork until mixed. Mixture will be lumpy. Reserve 1/4 cup of mixture. Place remaining mixture in baked pie shell. In a bowl, prepare pudding mix with 1 3/4 cups milk as directed on package. Pour over peanut butter mixture. Sprinkle remaining peanut butter mixture over top. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
