BREAKFAST CHESS PIE
Ingredients
1 stick margarine, melted
8-10 eggs
4 cups sugar
4 cups milk
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons cornmeal
4 scant tablespoons vinegar
4 teaspoons vanilla
4 (9-inch) pie shells, unbaked
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine margarine, eggs and sugar; blend until smooth. Add other ingredients and mix well. Divide evenly among 4 pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, until lightly browned and set. Makes 4 pies. (To freeze pies, let cool completely. Wrap well in plastic wrap, then aluminum foil.)
