Ingredients
1 stick margarine
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
In a large saucepan, combine margarine, sugar, cocoa and milk. Heat, stirring constantly, until margarine melts and mixture begins to boil. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until melted. Stir in oats and vanilla; mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper to set. Makes about 4 dozen.
