GRILLED WHOLE TURKEY BREAST
1 (7- to 9-pound) turkey breast
Garlic-flavored non-stick cooking spray
Skin turkey breast and split in half. Spray both halves with garlic-flavored cooking spray and sprinkle generously with the four seasonings. Place in a large resealable plastic bag and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, if desired. Place turkey breast halves on top rack of gas grill and grill over medium heat, turning every 30 minutes, for about 1 1/2 hours, or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion of each half registers 170 degrees. Makes 12-14 servings.
