Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 cup cream or evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup coconut
1 (9-inch) piecrust, unbaked
Preparation
Combine sugar, flour and butter in a mixing bowl, mixing well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in milk and vanilla. Sprinkle chips evenly over bottom of crust. Pour filling over chips; sprinkle coconut over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
