JOHN DOE’S FUDGE
Ingredients
1 stick margarine
5 cups sugar
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (12-ounce) jar marshmallow cream
1 (12-ounce) bag milk chocolate chips
2 cups chopped pecans
1 tablespoon vanilla
Preparation
Combine first three ingredients in large heavy pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, and boil, stirring, 10-12 minutes Remove from heat; add marshmallow cream, chips and pecans, mixing well. Stir in vanilla. Pour into a greased 9- x 13-inch pan. Let cool; cut into squares. Makes about 5 pounds.
