SPICY LATIN RUB

Ingredients

1/2 cup ground cumin
1/2 cup chili powder
4 tablespoons ground coriander
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
4 tablespoons ground black pepper
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon salt

Preparation

Pour ingredients into a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake until blended thoroughly. Makes 2 cups.
