PIZZA PESTO BREAD (for bread machine)

Ingredients

3/4 cup water
1/4 cup pepperoni-flavored pizza sauce
2 tablespoons pesto
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 1/4 cups plain flour
1 1/2 tablespoons dry milk powder
1 1/2 teaspoons rapid-rise yeast

Preparation

Mix water, pizza sauce and pesto together. Pour into pan of bread machine. Add next five ingredients in order listed. Tap pan to level ingredients. Make a depression in middle of flour. Sprinkle yeast into depression; do not let yeast come in contact with liquid. Bake according to manufacturerÕs directions. Makes 1 (1 1/2-pound) loaf.
