PINEAPPLE CHUNK DELIGHT
2 (20-ounce) cans chunk pineapple, undrained
1 cup sugar
5 tablespoons plain flour
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tube round, buttery-flavored crackers, crushed
1/3 cup butter, melted
Spread pineapple in a 9- x 13-inch baking dish. Combine sugar and flour; sprinkle over pineapple. Sprinkle cheese, then cracker crumbs over all. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes, until bubbly. Serve as a dessert or as a side dish with ham. Makes 8 servings.
