Icing For Carrot Cake
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 stick margarine, softened
1 (16-ounce) box powdered sugar
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Cream together the cream cheese and margarine. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until smooth and creamy. Stir in pecans and vanilla.
