JIFFY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup creamy peanut butter

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Drop dough in walnut-sized pieces onto greased cookie sheet. Using a fork, press each cookie down with tines in both directions, making criss-cross patterns. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from pan and cool completely. Makes 2-2 1/2 dozen cookies.
