PEANUT BUTTER ICING:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup crunchy or creamy peanut butter
Blend sugar and water together in a saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool. Add peanut butter; stir until blended. Spread on hot cake and return cake to oven for 10 minutes.
