BLEU CHEESE DRESSING

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cider vinegar
4 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 (4-ounce) package bleu cheese, crumbled

Preparation

In a bowl, combine first six ingredients, blending well. Stir in bleu cheese. Cover and chill. Store in refrigerator. Makes 2 cups. –Martha Parrish, St. Clair County
