1 large bunch broccoli
1/4 cup white raisins
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8-ounce) bottle Italian dressing
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Remove stalks from broccoli and separate into flowerets. In a medium glass bowl, combine broccoli, raisins, onion and cheese. Toss together. Pour dressing over all and stir to blend. Sprinkle bacon over top. Cover and chill for 6 hours or overnight. Makes 6-8 servings.
