1 pound ground beef
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
4 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
1 (16-ounce) can tiny green peas, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
Brown ground beef; drain and set aside. Arrange potatoes in bottom of a 3-quart casserole. Layer carrots over potatoes; top with peas. Sprinkle ground beef over peas. Combine soups and pour over casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 6 servings.
