QUICK CRANBERRY SALAD

Ingredients

2 (3-ounce) packages raspberry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 envelopes plain gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
2 (16-ounce) cans whole-berry cranberry sauce
2 1/2 cups drained crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped pecans
Marshmallow Cheese Dressing (recipe follows)

Preparation

Dissolve raspberry gelatin in boiling water and plain gelatin in cold water. Mix dissolved gelatins together. Blend in cranberry sauce, pineapple and pecans. Pour into an 8- or 10-inch ring mold. Refrigerate until set. To serve, remove salad from mold; fill center of ring with Marshmallow Cheese Dressing. Makes 12 servings.
