BROWNIE PIE
Ingredients
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) unsweetened cocoa powder
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Cream butter and sugar together in mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Mix in the flour and cocoa. Add eggs, beating well. Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into a greased 9-inch pie plate or pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
