FRESH PEACH PIE
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16-ounce)box powdered sugar
1 (8-ounce) container non-dairy whipped topping
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups sliced fresh peaches
2 (9-inch) pie crusts, baked and cooled
In a large bowl, cream the cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar, blending well. Stir in whipped topping, blending thoroughly. Fold in pecans and sliced peaches, blending well. Pour into cooled pie crusts. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
