ITALIAN PORK FEAST

Ingredients

2 tablespoons oil
6 pork steaks
1 cup Italian dressing
1 onion, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 (8-ounce) package rotelle noodles
Crisp lettuce leaves for garnish

Preparation

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add steaks and brown on both sides. In a bowl, combine Italian dressing, onion, salt and pepper, garlic powder and chili powder, blending well. Pour over pork steaks and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 30 minutes. While steaks simmer, cook noodles according to package directions; drain. To serve, arrange lettuce around outer edges of a large serving platter, and place noodles in the center. Place steaks over noodles; pour liquid evenly over steaks and noodles. Makes 6 servings.
