PEANUT CANDY

Ingredients

1 pound white chocolate or white almond bark 1 1/2 cups roasted peanuts 1 1/2 cups crisp rice cereal 1 1/2 cups regular or peanut butter-flavored sweetened corn and oat cereal (e.g., Cap’N Crunch) 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Preparation

In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate on high for 5 minutes, or until melted, stirring every minute. Add remaining ingredients, stirring to coat well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool thoroughly. Makes 2-2 1/2 dozen. —Mary Sessions, Wife of U.S. Sen. Jeff Sessions
