Ingredients

1 pound pork sausage 5 eggs 1 /4 cup milk 1 /2 teaspoon salt 1 /8 teaspoon pepper 1 can crescent dinner rolls 1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup thick-and-chunky salsa 3 /4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Brown sausage; drain and set aside. In a bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Separate crescent rolls and arrange, with points toward the center, to cover bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan or deep 9-inch dish. Spoon in sausage; sprinkle with hash browns and Cheddar cheese. Pour egg mixture over all. Spread salsa over top to cover. Sprinkle Parmesan over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
