BREAKFAST CHOCOLATE GRAVY
2 cups sugar
5 tablespoons cocoa
2 1/2 tablespoons self-rising flour
9 cups whole milk
Combine sugar, cocoa and flour in a large saucepan, blending well. Add milk, and place over medium-high heat, stirring to blend. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally and watching carefully to keep from boiling over. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring often, 30-40 minutes, or until thickened. Serve over hot buttered biscuits. Makes 5-6 servings.
