1 skillet cornbread
4 slices loaf bread
3 sticks margarine
2 large onions, chopped
1/4 cup oil
8 eggs, beaten well with electric mixer
2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
2 tablespoons sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Reserved chicken broth, heated


Crumble cornbread and loaf bread in a large bowl; set aside. Melt margarine in a skillet; add onions and sauté until tender. Add margarine and onions to crumbled bread. Add oil, eggs, poultry seasoning, sugar and salt and pepper. Add enough hot chicken broth to make consistency desired; mix well. Add chicken to mixture and stir slightly. Pour into a large greased roasting pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until browned. Makes 20-25 servings.
